The culprit's here in your log file:

You are using a map file located in your home directory, and this  
file hasn't been updated when the gta Mac fonts have been installed.  
The file is probably a remnant of the teTeX-configuration-change  
nightmare that occurred with the latest teTeX releases.

You could remove, maybe, any file inside ~/Library/texmf/ that you  
haven't put there or created yourself willingly, then re-run the  
Configure stage of the TeX i-Package.
