[OS X TeX] updmap is buggy

Hello Gerben!

When I want to use TrueType fonts in pdftex I can create MAP entries 
like these:

	llhr8c	LucidaBright				<TS1-AGL.enc <llhr8a.ttf
	llhr8t	LucidaBright				<T1-WGL4.enc <llhr8a.ttf
	llhd8c	LucidaBright-Demi			<TS1-AGL.enc <llhd8a.ttf
	llhd8t	LucidaBright-Demi			<T1-WGL4.enc <llhd8a.ttf
	llhri8c	LucidaBright-Italic		<TS1-AGL.enc <llhri8a.ttf
	llhri8t	LucidaBright-Italic		<T1-WGL4.enc <llhri8a.ttf
	llhdi8c	LucidaBright-DemiItalic		<TS1-AGL.enc <llhdi8a.ttf
	llhdi8t	LucidaBright-DemiItalic		<T1-WGL4.enc <llhdi8a.ttf

They work in pdftex, and dvips accepts them too (although it seems they 
may not be downloaded to the PS output), but for dvipdfm only scrap is 
created:

	llhd8c TS1-AGL LucidaBright-Demi
	llhd8t T1-WGL4 LucidaBright-Demi
	llhdi8c TS1-AGL LucidaBright-DemiItalic
	llhdi8t T1-WGL4 LucidaBright-DemiItalic
	llhr8c TS1-AGL LucidaBright
	llhr8t T1-WGL4 LucidaBright
	llhri8c TS1-AGL LucidaBright-Italic
	llhri8t T1-WGL4 LucidaBright-Italic

Compare this to a well-known example:

	ptmr8r 8r ptmr8a
	ptmr8rn 8r ptmr8a -e .82
	ptmr8y texnansi ptmr8a
	ptmri8r 8r ptmri8a
	ptmri8y texnansi ptmri8a
	ptmro8r 8r ptmr8a -s .167
	ptmro8y texnansi ptmr8a -s .167
	ptmrr8re 8r ptmr8a -e 1.2

The faulty entries seem to make dvipdfm look up files LucidaBright* ...
