[OS X TeX] Too many math alphabets used...

I've just installed MinionPro and MnSymbol.
When I compile a document with a lot of maths, but that works with  
other font families, I get:

! LaTeX Error: Too many math alphabets used in version normal.

Can I set this limit to a higher value? Where?
(Another document just crashes pdflatex.)
Any help appreciated.
