How about that:

	• you define a new paper size by hand in Print Center
	• an AppleScript chooses this paper
	• the script gets launched from inside the TeX source via 
\write18{osascript <AppleScript>}
	• pdfTeX is run as 'pdftex -shell-escape <src>'

Well, something or someone will have to print the PDF file and reset 
the choice ...

Automator on Tiger can write the AppleScript.
