[OS X TeX] Cleaned up pdftricks version

Howdy,

I've just put up a new version of pdftricks that is cleaned up a bit.
Hopefully it works with gwTeX (both in the ``standard,''
/usr/local/teTeX/... location and, without using altpdflatex otherwise) and
teTeX (both with Ghostscript installed too) and MikTeX (i.e., it uses the
original commands in MikTeX).

I know that it seems to work fine in the gwTeX distribution + Ghostscript 8.
I'd appreciate it if others would test it with gwTeX in a non-``standard''
location or teTeX; both with Ghostscript. Finally, I'd appreciate it if
someone with a DOS/Windows system test it against the original pdftricks
package on that system; it should behave exactly the same there.
