[OS X TeX] combining pdfs?

I think the pdfjoin script from David Firth's pdfjam package hasn't 
been mentioned in this thread. If it has, and I didn't see it, my 
apologeez. (I'm sure it has previously been mentioned on the list, 
where would I have gotten it from otherwise :))
