[OS X TeX] Location (http) of MikTeX .CAB files?

Well you asked for a http site. So any CTAN mirror which suports http protocol. www.ctan.org comes to mind.

In the same location as the .cab files, you will find three .html files small.html, large.html, and total.html. They list the packages (.cab)  installed when you do a small, large, or a total install of MiKTeX. Thought you might be interested in that as well. :)
