OK, this indentation is just the standard indentation that you have in
lists. The amount is \leftmargin. So stick a \hspace*{-\leftmargin} before
the table. Be careful not to put whitespace between it and the
table, so either use:
\hspace*{-\leftmargin}\begin{tabular}
or
\hspace*{-\leftmargin}%
\begin{tabular}{
