[OS X TeX] latest TeX i-Package?

I did a full install of TL 2004 yesterday on my PowerBook using the 
Jan. 2, 2005 i-Package.  I installed over the top of an existing 
installation from last June (which would have been TL2003-based).  I 
had no trouble whatsoever.

Note that I do not customize texmf.local, so your mileage may vary.
