[OS X TeX] MacTeX from the outside?

Howdy,

What about including AucTeX, etc., as part of the package. That's for those
of us (me?) that have no idea how to add stuff to emacs and can't find the
time to get a grip around the lisp needed to deal with customization and
extensions.
