[OS X TeX] Return

I am ashamed to ask but I have already spent over an hour trying.

How do I insert a Return using Find and Replace (in TeXshop 1.35e)?

Specifically, I need to
 
Find
        %end semantic
        %begin syntactic
and Replace by
        %end semantic

        %begin syntactic
