[OS X TeX] Flash mode prototype for Alpha (with xdvi)

Hello,

some people have reported that my flash.tcl script does not work,
giving all the time the error message

   "Error: failed to build custom format."

This is due to a blunder from my side: the script works only for files
having %&latex in their first line.

I have just uploaded a new version where this error is corrected:
