[OS X TeX] different lineheight again

Hi!

I wonder if you can give me a tip on how to define different linespread
on different "fontareas"

I whant to have
	\linespread{2.5}
in
	\newfont{\textOne}{phvrrn at 38 pt}
and
	\linespread{1.5}
in
	\newfont{\textTwo}{phvrrn at 16 pt}
