[OS X TeX] [ANN] TCOBrowser-0.85

Sorry for the rash of announcements recently, but a few key features  
have been causing problems.  This release should fix the local  
documentation opening bug pointed out by Herb Schulz (double-clicking  
the local-doc icons didn't work), and hopefully work around the  
problem with Adobe's PDF plugin.

I've also added some minor features as well, and the Spotlight search  
should be more useful.  Download from <http:// 
tcobrowser.sourceforge.net/>.

Changes in this release:

- Cleaned up some of the catalogue reading code
- Now use a combo box for setting the CTAN mirror, so you can enter  
your own
- Added tooltips for some of the help items
- Fixed local documentation opening
- Disable plug-ins and Javascript support for the web drawer
- Add more information to the metadata store (author and date)
