[OS X TeX] Hand-Writing Style Mathematical Formula for Keynote Blackboard Theme?

Yes, I did purchase the non-VTEX users version (email delivery). They  
showed up in my In box in about an hour.

Great idea regarding the sample slide(s)! I will put something  
together later tonight or tomorrow and post it on the web for download.
