Howdy,
It should be possible to use the font directly using XeTeX or XeLaTeX
which uses the native Mac fonts.
I've also already got a small package that uses .eps and .pdf
versions of the glyphs and a ,sty file that uses the graphicx package
to use them as though they were fonts. It's called applekeys.zip on
my download site, <http://homepage.mac.com/herbs2/>. See if that
fills the bill.
