[OS X TeX] full and mac-like install of TeX4HT?

Hi!

Does anybody know a way to install a complete version of TeX4HT in a
mac-like manner? The version that is installed by i-Installer doesn't
contain oolatex. So it is impossible to convert complex TeX-files into
sxw-format.

And command line compiling is not my craft. ;-)

Any hints?
