[OS X TeX] FontForge and TeX i-Package update

I just did the same here, but got the directory and fonts. I guess I'm
just lucky ;-)
The only thing I seemingly did different was do add a Step 0 to
Gerben's instructions:
> If you have the converted Latin Modern fonts installed, you are

Step 0. Disable the fonts using FontBook.
> 1. Move /Library/Fonts/Latin Modern out of the way (back it up to be

> 2. Update and install the FontForge i-Package
