[OS X TeX] Tiger Preview.app and presentations

Thanks Maarten and all others for the suggestions!

I have now found a solution ;-) ... simply copies the old Preview.app  
from a machine running Panther and renamed it "Preview2". This works  
as usual, as far as I can tell right now, and has the nice full  
screen mode I have become used to ...
