[OS X TeX] TeXshop, non european fonts and XeTeX

But it also is useful for pdflatex vs. latex (for files that need dvips
processing), i.e.,

%!TEX TS-program=latex

will run through latex->dvips->ps2pdf as expected even though my defaults
are set for pdflatex processing. I guess I'd assume that it should work for
all the default processes in the Typeset Menu but it never has.

TeXShop ``contains'' all the default .engines, etc., it needs to populate
the necessary directories it creates when it first starts up. That is why,
e.g., CommandCompletion.txt goes back to a default copy if you empty the
~/TeXShop/CommandCompletion/ folder and start up TeXShop. The contextwrap
file is, most likely, what TeXShop uses internally for running texexec.

I made a simple context.engine that simply called

texexec --pdf "$1"

and it works using

%!TEX TS-program = context

on the first line. I'm not sure when TeXShop uses the
--passon=" --interaction=nonstopmode " version in contextwrap.
