[OS X TeX] TeX i-Package prerelease (TeX4ht)

To users of tex4ht, 

I'll appreciate much bug reports related to the functioning of tex4ht
directed to me and not to Gerben. It will simplify matters to Gerben,
the users of the system, and myself.
