[OS X TeX] texti2html

[Google Kreme]

I am trying to convert a LaTeX file into html, and though I could use  
the texi2html command from the terminal.  However:

% texi2html myfile.tex
** empty document
% texi2html -l2h myfile.tex
** empty document
%

--help and man texi2html are not much help

I do not appear to have a 'latex2html' executable and I don't see  
anything in the i-installer that mentions latex2html.
