[OS X TeX] Double spacing in Memoir

It is, it even says so in the introduction of the (truly) fabulous  
manual.

This
     \linespread{1.6}\selectfont
should give you something to work with, although you may need to play  
with the exact number (I think it is available in standard LaTeX, not  
specifically Memoir).
