I would recommend also:

sudo updmap --enable Map lucidabr-o.map
sudo updmap --enable Map lumath-o.map

Why? The file lucidabr.map and lumath.map, from /Library/teTeX/share/ 
texmf.tetex/fonts/map/dvips/lucida/, define maps for the Karl-Berry- 
style font names hlhr8t etc., while the files lucidabr-o.map and  
lumath-o.map, from /Library/teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/fonts/map/dvips/ 
tetex/, define maps for the original Y&Y font names lbr etc.
