[OS X TeX] Re: printing with own paper sizes

Hi. 

I've had to change paper size recently, and the geometry package worked
pretty well.  For the measurements you indicate, the command would be

\usepackage[paperwidth=105mm,paperheight=220mm]{geometry}

This actually changes the pdf paper size, before printing (and thanks to 
Luís Sequeira for finding this out for me).
