[OS X TeX] Including jpg w/ graphicx

That should be:

  \graphicspath{{~/Pictures/}}

or it may be the ~ that isn't appropriate, in which case
it need to be the full path:
e.g.

  \graphicspath{{/Users/rossmoor/Pictures/}}
