An update has been released. It removes ntheorem from gwTeX (because it 
is available in teTeX3) and it improves epstopdf according to Piet's 
suggestion. No other changes but it is a hefty update-download as both 
texmf trees (teTeX2 & gwTeX) as well as binary trees have changed 
(epstopdf).
