[OS X TeX] TeX i-Package updated

I have updated the TeX i-Package. I ran into trouble optimizing the  
number of times formats and maps are created during the configure  
phase. As a result, it could be that after updating you end up with  
outdated formats and as a result a lot of things fail.

A solution/fix on the command line is running the following three  
commands

     sudo texhash
     sudo fmtutil-sys --all
     sudo updmap-sys

In the meantime, I have fixed the configure phase. Less optimal, but  
more robust.
