[OS X TeX] TeXShop Printing with Page Set Up

When I address an envelope (using pdflatex) and then use TeXShop (2.03) to
print, I change the orientation in Page Set Up to the middle orientation.  I
have forever had trouble figuring out which way to insert envelopes into my
printer and have just now discovered that it depends on whether I print
using command-P or by selecting the Printer Icon in the Toolbar.  No wonder
I couldn't remember!  Is this a bug or a feature?
