[OS X TeX] Tex+Ghostscript gone....

Hi

I'm typesetting a manuscript with eps graphics for a journal. After  
updating to the latest gw-disto the Typeset -> Tex + Ghostscript  
option doesn't work any longer, suggesting that I use
simpdftex latex --maxpfb
instead. However this results in my .eps files not being recognized.  
I know that I'm missing something - I just don't know what.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
