Oh, well...! The reason a few days ago I asked for help to copy your  
distribution from my desktop to my laptop (help provided by Peter  
Dyballa and Piet van Oostrum) is that at first I made such a mess  
loading my map files in ~/Library/texmf, that once I had a stable  
system I didn't want to risk repeating the same (mess) in my laptop.
