[OS X TeX] right place for a .map line

Hi,

I would like to add the line

map +tu.map

  to a TeX2005 installation. The following hint

Add the line
map +tu.map
to the file pdftex.cfg in $TEXMF/pdftex/config/
--------------------------------------------------------------

worked for TeX2003, but in the new TeX2005 there is no /pdftex/config  
anymore.

Is there a better place to place the

map +tu.map

line?
