[OS X TeX] TeXShop doesn't open dvi-files

Yes, I did.

If I input in the terminal dvips

the file were printed. But it is impossible to open it.

Windows, c'est un peu comme le beaujolais nouveau: a chaque nouvelle  
cuvee on sait que ce sera degueulasse, mais on en prend quand meme,  
par masochisme.
