[OS X TeX] How to comment out includegraphics?

Try this definition:

\makeatletter
\renewcommand\includegraphics[2][]{%
   \def\reserved at a{#2}\@onelevel at sanitize\reserved at a
   \fbox{\reserved at a}}
\makeatother
