The map location is <texmf>/fonts/map the dvips location is outdated.
To fix your private tree run
/usr/bin/ruby /usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/scripts/context/ruby/
textools.rb --fixtexmftrees --force ~/Library/texmf
