[OS X TeX] TeXShop Daily Experience/Usage (\ref, \cite)

Let me apologize once for all -- I will be asking suggestions a lot
about features, to beautify my experience on TeXShop ...

On WinEdt (on Windows), you can select a block of text and do the
'commenting out' once for all (it puts % in front of every line), and
vice versa (de-comment a block).

How do we do that on TeXShop?
