[OS X TeX] i-Installer 2.71.0 released

i-Installer 2.71.0 has been released into the *EXPERIMENTAL* i- 
Directory. This release is fully universal (runs both on ppc and i386  
native). Als a few small buglets have been fixed.

This release will have avery short testing period before being released.
