[OS X TeX] The MiKTeX Package Manager

I had totally forgotten about this post. Made me look at the concept.  
As far as I can tell from the MiKTeX web page, the package manager  
can be compiled on macosx and seems to be working.

The dream would be to integrate it into TCOBrowser: one browses the  
online TeX catalogue and if a MiKTeX package exists, one can install  
it using mpm
