Apple's move with boot camp made a double appearance in the New York
Times, one in today's editorial (!) page (http://www.nytimes.com/
2006/04/07/opinion/07fri4.html?_r=1&oref=slogin) and one yesterday
under technology http://www.nytimes.com/2006/04/06/technology/
06apple.html. In both articles the gist is that with this move Apple
is trying to attract PC users into its fold. A 10% jump in Apple's
stock seems to say that the market agrees.
