You can trim that even further, namely to \citetitle[2] 
{Lavergne2005Capacity-Develo}, if you use jurabib's pages=format option:
\usepackage[titleformat=colonsep,commabeforerest, pages=format]{jurabib}

jurabib is actually pretty smart about page-formatting, even using  
Babel to adjust the appropriate abbreviations to several languages.
