[OS X TeX] Changing Tex parameters (retry)

The demands on programs like TeX increases over time. I'll look into  
changing these limits in my compiled version.

I do know that larger actual sizes slows TeX down considerably  
because TeX cleans memory before using it, but changing the maxima  
should not have a negative impact.
