[OS X TeX] fonts into ~/texmf or into /texmf?

I'm going crazy. Because I've installed all files of bera into the  
appropriate directories this file produces an empty sheet.

That's right principally. But if no doubt is possible a court may say  
1234 instead of § 1234 StGB for instance if a case only needs
