[OS X TeX] Texshop with true PS Times fonts

It doesn't work.

With usepackage{mathptmx}, when I try to open the pdf file with  
Illustrator CS2, I get the following message:

La police NimbusRomNo9L-ReguItal est manquante. Le texte concerné  
sera affiché avec une police de substitution.

With \usepackage{txfonts}, I get the same message.

With \renewcommand{\rmdefault}{ptm} (and nothing else), I get:

La police CMMI8 est manquante. Le texte concerné sera affiché avec  
une police de substitution.
La police NimbusRomNo9L-Regu est manquante. Le texte concerné sera  
affiché avec une police de substitution.

If I add \DeclareMathAlphabet{\mathnormal}{OT1}{ptm}{m}{it} (the  
maths are very simple), I get the same as without.

Do you know what NimbusRom fonts are ?
