[OS X TeX] TexShop engines make me crazy

Howdy,

instead of

simpdftex latex

use

pdflatex

as the command in the engine. You can add the --shell-escape option  
to it, i.e.,

pdflatex --shell-escape

if you are using the epstopdf package and want to convert eps figures  
to pdf on the fly.
