[OS X TeX] epspdftk 0.2.01

I posted an updated epspdf.app at http://tex.aanhet.net/epspdf/ Put
epspdf.app in the same directory as the .rb files.

It is packaged separately to prevent the loss of the resource fork,
which turned out to matter.

I solved the path problem by starting epspdftk via a terminal, which
is hidden rightaway and gets closed afterwards. This way, you get
the same search path as in Terminal.

I like this better than brute-force search or adding a lot of code
which applies only when you start the program via AppleScript.
