If I may add my two cents worth. I am UCL, London, a university of
around 40,000 students and lecturers. I have to hand in my
dissertation in a weeks time, so I asked my tutor today if the
university/faculty can supply a bibliography style file for the
Harvard referencing that my department wants.
Apparently not. It seems I am the only person in my department
(Geomatic Engineering) to have used *Tex in 12 years. What a thought!
All those long Keplerian element equations... But not a harvard.sty
file anywhere.
