[OS X TeX] Macro Editor Bug in TeXShop

Howdy,

I've got a Service (under Convert --- don't know where that came from  
or when) that uses Cmd-' to do a conversion from smart quotes to  
straight quotes. It Cmd-' to be more tightly bound to that than to  
the Macros. I tend to use keyboard shortcuts that use two modifier  
keys to avoid interference with other shortcuts for Macros; Cmd-Opt  
or Cmd-Ctl modifiers in particular and maybe even the shift key too.
