I knew by heart.

WordService has inside its bundle the file Info.plist. It probably  
only describes which keys are used for which menu entry, not easily  
readable in XML (incremental search in the ASCII version inside GNU  
Emacs helped). The key bindings seem to be set inside the executable  
from DEVONtechnologies.
