To all.
This has been, without a doubt, the most helpful and friendly mailing
list with which I have ever been associated. I may not have met many
of you in person, but still consider many of you friends since we
have "crossed paths" so many times. I would hate to see the recent
discussion associated with the thread to which I am replying temper
the cordial and helpful tone of this list in any way.
With this said, it is my suggestion that this thread end with this
message. If interested parties want to continue this discussion, they
are certainly welcome to do so (heck I can't stop them), but I ask
that it take place off-list.
