Probably an up-to-date TeX i-Package is needed that in i-Installer  
the 'personal configuration' could be chosen as pre-requisite for the  
second case. (I can see that option meanwhile!)

Windows, c'est un peu comme le beaujolais nouveau: à chaque nouvelle  
cuvée on sait que ce sera dégueulasse, mais on en prend quand même,  
par masochisme.
